This picture of the northern lights was taken from St. Michel (35 km east of Quebec City) this past Sunday, March 4. It was a very bright auroral display, even though the moon and clouds tried their best to interfere. The vivid green of the aurora hanging above the northern horizon contrasts nicely with the snow covered ground and the red barn.
