This photo was captured at the end of July from Gates Pass near Tucson, Arizona. Gates Pass is located in the Tucson Mountains, just west of the city of Tucson, and it's rather famous for its sunsets. Picturesque views towards the west combined with airborne dust have contributed to the reputation of Gates Pass as a popular place to observe sunsets and twilight phenomena.
