Romedalen is a picturesque valley located in the Sunnmøre Alps near Ørsta, Norway. As pictured here on a peaceful summer evening, this rather remote resort basks in near consant daylight during June and July. In winter, however, these mountains which rise from the sea to an elevation between 1,500 and 1,600 meters, while also quite enchanting, can be dangerous owing to the threat of avalanches.
