The photo above shows an interesting juxtaposition of an angle on the ground and a line in the sky, both of which are man-made. The line is the condensation trail of a jet and the angle is a shaded corner of the Egypt’s Bibliotheca Alexandrina, itself a delightful collection of architectural lines and angles. Note also a pallid 22 degree solar halo. Photo taken on November 6, 2007.
