The Roca de Bolet is a small hoodoo complex found on the southern slope of Mont Conques, in the Pyrenees Mountains of Catalan, Spain. The darker mushroom shaped caps of these features are composed of travertine and the stalks of softer clay materials that erode more readily when subjected to wind and episodes of flooding. These hoodoos formed during the late Pleistocene and early Holocene. Photo taken on April 17, 2016.
