The composite image above shows the total Lunar eclipse of this past October (October 28th at 03 hours, 30 minutes UT) as viewed from three distant locations around the globe; eastern North America (Canada), western Europe (United Kingdom) and southern South America (Uruguay). Note how the view of the Moon is somewhat different on each photo. This result clearly shows the phenomenon of Lunar parallax and confirms that we do indeed live in 3 dimensional space.
