As shown above, soot from a massive fire in Santos, Sao Paulo, Brazil, covers everything. The fire was sparked by explosions in huge fuel tanks -- five tanks of gasoline and ethanol, each tank having 1.6 million liters (422,675 gal) of fuel. For six days this fire has been consuming fuel and as of April 8, 2015 had not yet been controlled. It's generated nearly 90,000 tons of carbon dioxide. Photos taken on April 7, 2015.
