The photo above shows huge waves crashing ashore at San Jose del Cabo, Baja California, Mexico. These waves, courtesy of the swells generated by Hurricane Sandra in the eastern Pacific, reached heights of over 10 - 12 ft (3 - 3.5 m). Though many beachgoers stayed home, the big rollers made surfers happy. Photo taken on November 28, 2015.
