Mega-construction around Polaris?

It was recently reported that a possible alien mega-construction was found (during exoplanet searches) around a very distant star. However, it appears that something peculiar is going on very much closer to home. This image of Polaris (approximately 435 light years away) shows what appears to be a spherical fractal Julia set construction around our North Star. Is this a Dyson sphere being assembled by a highly advanced civilization, or is it for some other purpose, for instance, to show the existence of highly advanced extraterrestrials? This striking image of the North Star was taken using the mini-WASP array at the New Forest Observatory, Hampshire, U.K. in the early hours of April 1, 2016.
