Shown above is a little old home in the that's seen better days. It's now unoccupied except for the relatively recent arrival of leafy occupants. Moss is covering the roof and even a few saplings have taken root -- likely larches and firs (darker green). Note that the yellowish trees overhanging the roof are larches. So it seems that this old wooden dwelling has closed the loop by providing a base for the trees to grow. Photo taken on October 10, 2017.
