Shown above (top photo) is Hourglass Arch, an unusual rock formation found on Navajo Nation land near Rainbow Bridge and Navajo Mountain. The bottom photo, taken not far from U.S. Route 89, across from the Paria Contact Station, shows the Long-Necked Hoodoo, which consists of Entrada sandstone with a caprock of Dakota sandstone.
