This montage depicts the lunar cycle during September and October of 2023. Each lunar cycle consists of approximately 29 days and 8 main phases:
1. New Moon (Amavasya); 2. Waxing crescent; 3. First quarter; 4. Waxing Gibbous; 5. Full Moon (Purnima); 6. Waning Gibbous; 7. Last quarter; 8. Waning Crescent.
It shows the result of stacking an average of 5,000 frames/images to bring out the details of each phase. It took almost 120 hours to process/perform this task with my laptop computer.
